Andrew in the parts department was extremely helpful to me. I was working with him on a phone order while my vehicle was at the dealership for service. He made two trips out to my vehicle to make sure I had the correct part. It’s not common in today’s world to find someone so committed towards being so helpful. The parts department saved me today. Earliest I could get a service appoibtment was over a week away for my routine 60K service but I also needed a rear windshield wiper because mine was SHREDDED. The website showed them open till 7 PM so I called around 515 PM to see if I could stop by to buy one and have someone put it on for me. MIKE in parts said they were closed already but since I was only 15 minutes away he told me to come by anyway, he would let me grab one AND he said he would put it on for me. It has been raining all day and calling for horrible weather this weekend and next week.
