I had a great experience. They were able to get me in the same day, which was a huge help when I needed my tires taken care of quickly. Everyone at the shop was very friendly, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. They did a great job on my tires, and the whole process was smooth and stress free. I really appreciate their fast service and excellent customer care. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing tire service.

I took my wife's car to Mavis at the Trexlertown location to check out a possible tire puncture. The gentleman at the counter was extremely friendly and down-to-earth and immediately offered to check the pressure and make sure there were no signs of damage. Long story short, I arrived at about 12:45 and pulled out of the parking lot at 12:51 with great peace of mind. If that's not exceptional customer service, I don't know what is. I'm just sorry I don't know the name of the gentleman who was working at the counter, because he is well-deserving of a massive shoutout. I would definitely recommend this location.

I went to Mavis in Trexlertown based on both my co-worker's and my husband's recommendations for a flat tire repair. I had a very positive experience here. Rylan and his technicians were all very courteous and professional. I was able to get same day service even though they were very busy and backed up, they still fulfilled my service needs. Being a female, I was very comfortable and at ease servicing my car there as they were fair with pricing and didn't try to rip me off. I now will also be recommending Mavis in Trexlertown to others!
