Valvoline Instant Oil Change

My son utilized this business and gave them a second chance. Should not have. With 1st change didnt tighten properly all oil out within a mile from leaving and 2nd time overfilled and ruined his vehicle. Would nit recommend!

Christopher was very attentive and helpful. Although it took a little time to change the oil in my Jeep, he kept me informed and made sure to let me know when my turn was approaching. When it was finally my turn, he was very respectful and explained each step of the process as the service was being done. Thank you, Christopher, for your help.

I waited too long to do the survey (sorry) so I decided to come here to give them 5 stars. My team consisted of Ariela, Christian p, donnaven x and I believe Manuel. I came in for an oil change without knowing that I did not need one. Most places just want your money, instead they took the time to educate me on what to look for when doing an oil change, without charging. I’ve honestly never had a bad experience at this location and I’ve been here a few times, will be coming back. Thank you team for being amazing!

Supper convenient and friendly! Do the Groupon the day before or early the morning of your appointment. The Valvoline team here is always pleasant and helpful. Very gentle suggestions. No upsell or pushing They review what’s critical and what’s not. Manny and Cindy always provide terrific service as do others that work here.

Overall great experience from start to finish. Was greeted immediately by Manager Manuel. He was very friendly and informed me of a short wait. Once inside at Bay 1, Sydney made my overall experience even better. Very knowledgeable and friendly! Thanks to the other members of the crew Nathan and Norman for the speedy oil change!
