Mavis Discount Tire

I encountered a flat tire on my way to work and had to be towed. My tow truck driver suggested Mavis in Warren because it was close and had a good reputation. I was very pleased by my experience. Ed welcomed me warmly, made sure I was comfortable at a work station while I waited, and made sure my service was prompt. I’m very grateful for the kind customer service and highly recommend this center!

Stay away at all costs. My brakes were squeaking so bad. I took my car for 4 new tires and rotors. They told me I only needed 2. They told me it would be $500. I picked up my car and they said $650. I had a $150 coupon so I presented it naturally thinking that must be why it was $150 more. They told me they had already applied the discounts (I later found out from corporate that they most certainly didn’t apply the discounts AND overcharged me). I left with my brakes still squeaking embarrassingly. Took it back 3 additional times. First they said they would adjust the brakes so I took it back and when I left they were still really loud. They were extremely busy, but he worked efficiently and effortlessly, never making me feel rushed or overlooked. He was incredibly personable and kind from the moment I walked in. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without hesitation, and made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done on my car.
