Damian and Alexi at Mavis Discount Tire provided excellent customer service. They took the time to explain what was going on with our vehicles and made sure we understood the issue and the repairs needed. Even with one mechanic available, they stay professional efficient and got us in and out in a timely manner. They were knowledgeable, personable, and made the whole experience stress-free for my girlfriend and I. 10/10 service. I would highly recommend. Fair pricing, and a clean, well run shop.

Yeah, for the first time, it was everything five star 100% guys were polite. They were on time I mean just overall man very satisfying. You know customer service service is great. You know everybody was amazing. The guy in the front. His name is Damien. he was amazing you know he ran a show really good man on the front. Damien definitely will be coming back to Mavis for more service again. Damien was very positive very polite very respectful, and I will definitely come back.

I had low tire pressure today and stopped by Mavis for help. They quickly found a small hole in my sidewall that unfortunately couldn’t be repaired. They kindly put my donut on and didn’t even end up charging me. Truly kind, honest service when I needed it most. I’m so grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them!

Horrible experience! I took my 2025 Grand Highlander to deal with a slow leak from a tire they had previously plugged. They told me that the slow leak was coming from the plug & it could not be repaired. They tried to sell me a new tire but I decided to go elsewhere. I received my vehicle back with damage to the driver side door, & they filled the tire to 48 psi which should have been around 35 psi & they did not put the air cap back on the tire. The manager, who was very kind, took pictures of the damage. But I have to wait for them to review the cameras inside the shop & they will get back to me with their course of action.
