Today I had a great experience with Midas, and I wanted to give a shoutout to Steven for his exceptional service! I called in about my car steering wheel shaking on the way to therapy, and he was super knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the issue as ice buildup inside my rims, which was surprising but turned out to be spot on! I had a wheel alignment done there a couple weeks ago, and it's clear they care about getting it right. Thanks, Midas, for a great experience! Midas is awesome! We've gone to them several times for service and they've always done a wonderful job. They don't pressure you to do things, but they give you a pretty accurate assessment of the car. Lenin was especially wonderful to work with!

I called to check if my brakes could be checked today and if there would be a charge. I was told they would be able to check the brakes today with no charge. They checked my car right away and was told I needed back brake shoes and rotors. They replaced the shoes and rotors in a timely fashion. The manager and technicians all were very friendly and explained everything.

Excellent customer service. Resolved my car battery issue in less than 20 minutes! If you are from Woodbridge area, I highly recommend this Auto shop. Extremely honest professionals that are always upfront with the charges. Definitely would come back here
