Mavis Discount Tire

Less than six months ago, I purchased four tires at Mavis in Deptford. Great experience, great price — no complaints. Last week I hit a pothole that shattered my rim. Miraculously, the integrity of the tire remained intact. Von didn’t try to talk me into buying a new tire. They had one ready, but instead put the original tire on the new rim for me and tested it out. I only paid for an alignment and received a $35 discount from an online coupon. It’s nice working with an honest company that doesn’t try to gouge you. It would have been very easy to talk me into buying a new tire for a quick sale, but I will be back because they were straightforward and kept my costs down on this visit.

I came here yesterday because my tire looked a little funny. Right from the moment I walked in Dave was such a gem helping me out and answering my questions. He even gave me a discount too! I came in 30 minutes before closing and they didn’t make me feel bad about staying past closing. They changed my tires within an hour and I was left super happy.

Great experience today. I made an online appointment and it was met as soon as I arrived. The technician greeted me in a helpful manner. When the issue was discovered, the technician explained my problem. There was no sales pressure even though they were able to repair my tires by patching them. They also showed me evidence of the nails found in the tires! Also appreciate that they analyzed the life of my tires and gave me an indication when replacement would be needed. Timely and efficient service!

I called at 5:07pm about my low tire pressure sensor being on, despite going to a different tire shop the day prior for the same thing. Even though they close at 6pm they told me I could come in. They found a second leak in the same tire the other shop seemed to have missed. They were quick, efficient, and had great customer service. Special shout out to Chad! I’ll definitely be back for any tire needs.
