The workers are absolutely awesome! I brought my car in and they were honest and kind. My car had a leak and they were super nice about explaining what happened and what my options were. I will always come here from now on with any of my car needs. Thank you to the workers for helping me!

Edwin and his staff are professional, courteous and knowledgeable about their work and products. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs and their is no "high pressure" sales on extra work, they do let you know what the car needs and if it is a safety issue. I will remain a customer and recommend to friends and family.

I originally live in Maryland and had tire issues when I visited New Jerey. I went to my favorite Mavis and was greeted by Edwin. Edwin was such a wonderful and patient service agent. He took my tire information and placed the order first thing in the morning. Within a couple of hours he received my two tires. He immediately had another service person install them. Throughout the whole time I was there, he greeted customer with patience and respect even though it was getting busy. My car was fixed and I felt safe driving back to Maryland. I needed a tire quickly for my boss’ car and I thought the perfect place to go would be to Mavis in Wyckoff. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Mike at the counter who went above and beyond to help me out. Everything he said was valid and got the job done so quickly!! Thanks Mike!!! :). A+++
