Speed of service is why I gave 2 stars. And only 2 bc of elitist attitude. Brought my “finished/repaired” car to a different auto body shop (Gm certified) and they found the door isnt hung properly and is out of alignment with the fuctions on the interior. Antenna used for relay of key fob sensor wasn’t reinstalled properly causing lock to stick and interior post doesn’t raise and lower anymore and is slanted and rubbing since it’s wasn’t hung properly. Warranty means nothing through a shop that failed to fix minor exterior issues and cause more internal/interior issues. Never use insurance approved shops. They use after market and used parts and do not push for the repair to be done properly. But only places care about is the consistent income it revenues.

I brought into Son’s for a minor insurance repair. Not only was the repair completed ahead of the estimate, but they repaired an unrelated issue gratis. They also washed and detailed my vehicle. It look as good as when I picked up from the dealer. My highest recommendation for any bodywork required.

Fixed my car (through geico). Replaced headlight, bumper and side mirror. See how good it was painted. Also I would like to highlight friendly staff. I visited a couple of places before choosing a body shop. And there I got all the details of what I should expect and how long it will take (this is my first accident and repair). They ordered parts and called me 3 weeks later. I dropped car on Mon and got a call on Fri. Work looks great!
