These guys were awesome. Open late enough for a late night flat replacement and everyone was super super nice. Didn't even give me a hard time for my car coming off the tow truck at 7:40 when they close at 8:30!! Got straight to work. No fluff. No wasting time. Got me out inside of 30 min. DEFINITELY will be coming back. Free air pump too!

Just bought 4 new tires 6 months ago when I had a problem with one that busted twice. They sold me a road hazard warranty $90 extra in case I had problems and said that it would cover issues if I busted a tire. Got an air bubble in a tire and now they say I need 4 more but the warranty only covers one. BEWARE, they are just eating your money. Over 2,000 in under a year. I I just finished paying off the last one on their credit card and now they want me to do it again. I have to now cancel my son's dentist appointment for braces. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE. PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE. It’s the next day after I had to pay over $1,000 to get tires even though it was just one and guess what. Daughter needed new tires. Called early Saturday morning and was able to get appt and quote. Super nice and professional at actual store. Only gave 4 stars because number is “call center” and quoted one price then at actual store quoted another. Phone call fixed issue and they upheld the original quote. Maybe have call direct to store is better customer service. Overall, good experience and would use them again. Ron was super nice.

Shout out to Brandon, Jade, Heidi, and our mechanics who assisted us. The entire team was absolutely phenomenal. They made what could have been a very stressful situation feel calm and manageable, especially since we were visiting from out of town and unsure of the severity of the repairs. On Friday, February 13th, my husband Jay and I were driving our 2020 Chevy Traverse when we heard a scraping sound coming from underneath the vehicle. We pulled into Mavis Tire & Brakes, where the team promptly assessed the car. They found that we needed new brakes, new tires due to severely worn tread, an oil change, and discovered a damaged brake line. Scam alert!! Shady business!!! If you are a woman, steer clear!!! Purchased 4 new tires August 2025 ($1000). Now I need 2 new tires and they want to charge me an additional $520.54 when these tires are supposedly under warranty. My vehicle did not need an alignment prior to the install of the tires! My vehicle doesn’t pull when driving. As a Veteran and a woman, I absolutely would NOT recommend doing business here!!! Shady shady business!!! Customer service/solutions department is no help.
