Mavis Tires & Brakes

I Came in today an hour before closing to get 2 tires mounted and balanced on my rare old school jdm hoshino wheels for my Nissan s12 project car these wheels are hard to come and pretty expensive so I wanted to go somewhere that would take good care of them, and I'm so glad I picked Mavis Tires. They got me in and out quickly with the utmost care and professionalism I have ever seen in a tire shop and they were also very friendly. I highly recommend them for any of your tire or brake needs!

I ordered tires online from a big box store and the order showed as delivered to the store. When I got there, they told me the tires were actually on back order. On top of that, the store gave me a hard time about issuing a refund and even had to call corporate. I ended up going to Mavis instead, and they were great. They price-matched the tires I wanted and handled the installation with no hassle. The whole process was easy, and everyone there was friendly and helpful. Definitely a much better experience.

I’d like to thank the folks at Mavis Tire in Gadsden for taking care of me and my family on Saturday night. We had a blow out near the exit driving through from Georgia on our way to Birmingham for a sports competition. We were able to limp in to the store 10 minutes before closing time on SEC Championship Saturday. I know the guys were ready to get home and watch the game but they put on a great tire at a great price point, didn’t try to upsell us on a more expensive option, especially knowing we were stranded from out of town. They even let me watch the game in the lobby and didn’t run me out for wearing my Georgia hat! ☺️. Great service, great folks, and greatly appreciated. In honor of them taking care of us, “Roll Tide!” Thanks again for your help. Blessings, Grant

I took my Mazda CX-30 to them for oil change and tire rotation. I also asked if they could perform an all over inspection, which they did. All work was completed in a little over an hour with recommendations made for new tires at my next oil change. Friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Yes I entered the Mavis tire and brakes yesterday in attalla Alabama to get my daughter's vehicles oil change and tire rotation. I waited for an hour and forty five minutes for them to complete the service. Plus when they were finished they told me my daughter's vehicle needed new tires. I told them we just bought tires from them in 2024. Still good tread. Seems like Everytime I go to this place it's like they want more money. Plus last year got an oil change from them and they did not put the oil plug on tight and it was leaking oil. People don't go to this business or you will be ripped off seems like they don't care about customers either. I will go somewhere else for my vehicle service
