$15 wash purchased - Attendant scrubbed windows and hood. Air freshener offered. Front and back of car was barely touched with any of the auto brushes. Plenty of clothes to wipe surfaces bc you come out dripping wet literally. Vacuum sucks in a good way. Blue liquid is not a cleanser at all. Outdoor sink is in serious need of repair. We got what we paid for I guess.

I paid for the full membership but after I went through it I pulled around to see my car and there was still dusty cat prints on the front of my car. I tried to get the white attendant to look at it but he said he couldn't walk over to see it. So I began to wipe it and here comes the rude attendant who couldn't walk over. He started rubbing my car and I told him to stop he wiped 2 prints off and said there you go.. I had to wipe my whole hood to get the prints off. This was a waste of money and time.. That attendant should find work elsewhere because I have never been there before and I won't be back...

I normally LOVE this car wash! Today right in the middle of me cleaning out my car they shut down all the vacuums! Apologized said they didn’t know I was out here even though 1 worker was outside. They didn’t bother to check. Told me I could come back later! Very unprofessional.

New manager and crew. Excellent service, excellent wash. Stop by and check them out!

Katie at the Mod Wash location Attalla/Gadsden Alabama location is phenomenal. I was gonna just vacuum and go because my was so filthy on the inside, and I didn’t have much time, but she came by and cleaned my car windows & mirrors and made sure all the bugs were off of it! Who does that?!!😃 thank you Katie, you rock sooo!! TWA
