Mavis Tires & Brakes

I received great service. I was greeted upon arrival discussed my concerns. They asked a couple of questions and i received prompt service. Facility is very clean. Workers nice and courteous. I was in and out no overly long wait.

I had the best experience today at the east west connector location. I was concerned about losing air in my tire and this was my closest safest option and I am glad that I went to this location. Jaylan was the employee to help me today and has extremely good customer service and I appreciated all the information that was provided to me about my vehicle. I was explained in great detail about issues that needed to be taken care of and no pressure on purchasing unnecessary fixes. The wait took just a little longer than anticipated but I understandably came without an appointment. Thank you Jaylan and the entire staff for all that you do.

Tori and Jaylan at provided absolutely amazing service. They were both incredibly kind, professional, and patient in helping us choose a new set of tires and get our brakes taken care of. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of our questions. We’re very happy with the service and will definitely be coming back.

I usually hate dealing with anything car related but Jaylan and Tori were so easy to deal with. Straight to the point with no upselling (which is very common when it comes to tire/auto shops). I appreciate their customer service and willingness to help meet our budget. Big recommendation for this location - will be coming back!
