Putnam Body Shop

This is by far the best body shop I have ever taken any of my cars to! From the minute you contact them, everyone is so professional and helpful! Renee is amazing! She is extremely patient and takes the time to answer all your questions, explains everything to you as she walks you around your vehicle, and stays in constant communication with you throughout the repair process. My vehicle looked GREAT when I picked it up! Not only did the body work look really good, but the detail that was done on the interior and exterior of my vehicle looked amazing! Alyce who works up front and answers the phone was also very professional and helpful. She always made sure my messages got passed along to Renee, and if I stopped by to speak with Renee, she always went out of her way to go find Renee,

Did an excellent job repairing damage I did to my passenger side of my BMW, and their price beat every other estimate I received. Staff is very friendly and personable. I will definitely be using them for all of my body work going forward if ever necessary again.

I’ve been a customer of Putnam for a while now 🫣 had a few accidents, but they are AMAZING, always kept me satisfied never had any complaints what’s so ever, they always leave my car back as before, like nothing has ever happened to it. Rene & Maria are GREAT, so sweet & patient; on top of everything, very detailed when it comes down to estimate time of getting my car back and dealing with insurance and all issues !!!
