Mavis Tires & Brakes

I recently visited Mavis Tires for an oil change. I walked in with no appointment and they squeezed me right in. Nobody batted an eye and I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service. Everyone was friendly and professional. They made it quick and easy. Finding businesses that value customer service is rare these days, but these guys do it. I was very pleased with how quick and helpful everyone was. I will be using them from now on for all my service needs and would recommend them to anyone who needs friendly and quality auto care!

WOW! Talk about a business that understands customer service! Cannot say enough good things about these folks. My low tire indicator was on. Turns out it was due to two nails in my sidewall. I was provided a variety of options and prices, and my tire was fixed within minutes. What a great experience!

I woke up to a flat tire on Sunday, and thankfully Mavis Tires & Brakes was open. Brandon and Amil got me in quickly so I could still make it to work. They were professional, efficient, and did a great job. I really appreciate the excellent service!

I couldn't be more impressed!! Mavis Tires in Bolivia, NC is without a doubt the best quality and service I have ever received when servicing my car. The Management and Staff were very friendly and explained all the details of the service I received in a manner that made me feel extremely comfortable. I was surprised at how quickly they got the job done and am thrilled with the look and feel of my new tires! It's obvious to me that Mavis knows what to do and does it at an Exceptional Level! Nick and Brandon are the absolute best. Had an emergency and they took me in asap and fixed everything that needed to be done. They’re honest and good at what they do. All the workers are great and I recommend everyone come here. Not like other mechanics who try to steal money they give you your moneys worth and then some. Thank you Mavis!
