Very friendly. Prompt response. Highly recommend. Excellent service and customer relations. Hope not to need their service again but if I do, I will definitely make them my first call!!!

I had a terrible car accident and my car was towed there right around closing so by time I got there they had left for day (I didn't tell them I was coming). I had to get my stuff out. Even tho it was a Friday night they came back and waited patiently. Then a few days later they carefully combed the interior, finding things I had left behind, and mailed them to me and would not accept reimbursement for postage! These are truly good people. Get away from companies that have lost the human touch and trust this one, I am a hard sell and they sure won me over!

I highly recommend Mr. Rescue when in need of a tow. They are professional, with a quick response time and very fairly priced. I have used them a couple of times and they have always provided top notch service.

Yesterday, there was an unfortunate and troubling encounter with one of your employees that stemmed from a miscommunication. During the interaction, I made the comment “oh god,” which the employee interpreted as using the Lord’s name in vain. Despite offering a sincere apology and attempting to clarify that no offense was intended, the employee refused to provide service. Later on, I received a phone call from someone who identified themselves as either the owner or a manager (the exact role was unclear). Unfortunately, instead of addressing the situation professionally, this individual began the call by using profanity. The call was ended due to the inappropriate language. A second call was attempted shortly after, but given the prior conduct, it was not answered. This entire experience

I ran out of gas on a weekend and they got me going within 20 minutes. Greats folks. And reasonable price. Strongly recommend.
