Mavis Tires & Brakes

Do not come here. Definitely should have read the reviews first. Specifically asked how long it would take and how long before they would start on my vehicle. I was told 35 minutes to start, 25 minutes to complete. 1 hour total. It's been over an hour and they haven't even started. I understand life happens and things change but no update whatsoever until I asked. Poor customer service. He then pulled my vehicle into that bay and they still have not started. I will not be back.

I found a gash on my tire this morning and came here right away. They helped me immediately and had my car finished in under an hour. The customer service was great! Everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient. I really appreciated how quickly they took care of everything. Highly recommend!

I went to Mavis for services and was treated with good southern hospitality. Ms. Netta and her colleague were awesome. They gave me exact details of what was wrong with my almost 20 yr old vehicle. I am thankful for them and I will definitely be back. Great atmosphere! Love the friendly vibes.
