OMG! Two flat tires on our Jeep Wrangler as we left to head back north from Margaritaville Lake Lanier Islands RV Resort. We waited four hours for Good Sam Roadside Assistance to NEVER showed up so we ended up calling our own tow driver. 20 minutes later we were headed here and they got us squared away! Excellent staff!! Customer Service ORIENTED for sure! Semper Fi!
Today was the first time I’ve set foot in a Mavis Tire, and I had a really great experience. Excellent service and perfect communication. My vehicle was ready faster than anticipated and the work quality was perfect. Great team!
They were so kind! As a customer coming here in the past they have always taken care of my wife and I. Further to that, I came today and they didn’t even charge me to take a tire off my rim and put a new rim on. These folks really know how to take care of their customers. Places like this thrive because they build trust and future business with their customers. Thank you, Ivy and Mike! You guys are great mangers of this establishment! 😊
I came out of the store, started my car, and my tire pressure was showing low. I made it to Mavis 15 minutes before they were about to close. Ivy and her team provided me with a thorough inspection of my tire making sure to give me the best service possible. I am truly grateful for their expertise and phenomenal customer service.
I can’t say enough great things about this place. I had a flat tire this morning on the way to taking my granddaughter to school. Fortunately I was close to Mavis on Lanier Island Parkway when it happened. I was so stressed out over it, but a special thank you to Ivy for her kindness and helping me relax. I wish I caught the names of the guys that looked at my tire because they were super nice and took care of my tire quickly. I like that they first talked about checking to see if my tire could be repaired versus having to buy a new one. They gave me options instead of looking for a quick profit.
