I needed a quick NC state inspection for my car. I came in on a Friday afternoon and the staff were very helpful, supportive and efficient. They met my needs fast! I have a very busy schedule so I was so surprised and pleased that they were able to fit me in so quick. The inspection was completed in a timely manner. The staff were transparent and made helpful and cheap recommendations which I accepted. They communicated with me through the whole process. I would recommend this business and return.

Super quick service, very clean waiting facilities, and excellent work in repairing my tire. Louis was kind, friendly, and I could tell that he was trustworthy (I don’t know much about cars, and I could tell I wasn’t being taken advantage of). Convenient location right near Lowe’s. Will come here again!

I pulled into the shop at 4:30, with no appointment, and was told they could have my brakes and oil change completed by closing. Chris kept me updated on my vehicle status throughout the process. He even stayed later to make sure the job was complete. This is by far some of the best customer service I've received in a long time in an automotive shop. I will definitely be returning.

I’ve had two great experiences with Mavis tire. When my sister was in town visiting, and needed a tire, on a Sunday before her 4.5 hour trip home, Mavis Tire was the only place that could help, and at an affordable price. Again, recently when I needed an inspection, I was able to walk in, and out, in a matter of 15 minutes. That’s never happened! Louis is always friendly and professional greeting you with a friendly welcome, then getting you taken care of quickly. He seems to know how valuable his busy clients time is. I was called and offered an earlier appointment which was great. The employees were courteous and efficient. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Service on my vehicle was completed quickly. I was very pleased with the overall experience. Will definitely use them again.
