Mavis Tires & Brakes

Did significant damage to $3000+ worth of chrome wheels while mounting tires, offered ~$500 in compensation. Scratches all the way around the wheel on every wheel, along with various other damage. Had to call them out on it too as they didn’t come forward with the issue. Thankfully had good video at drop-off to prove they did it. Cherry on top was someone rummaged through my glove box. Avoid this place at all costs. Edit: Damage is extensive enough wheel repair companies are refusing to take the work. Called Mavis customer support following the review reply below and it’s just PR, nothing got done. If they damage your vehicle expect you’ll have to take them to small claims to get reasonable compensation.

I had Mavis order a pair of tires for me and they did great with that and they arrived when I was told they would for my appointment…. But when I picked the car up after installation I had a large deep chip along with a scratch on one of my rims, which I was devastated to see. See photo. **Edit I had given a 1 star review but Mavis reached out and is gave me a voucher worth the cost of repairing my wheel so I am updating it to a 3 star review as this chip still should not have happened, but I appreciate them working to make it right.

Came in for an oil change and brakes and had a really great experience. The team was professional, friendly, and super efficient. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly, and I felt well taken care of the entire time. A special thanks to Jaleel, the manager who helped me. He was kind, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. I truly appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend.

I specifically scheduled an appointment at Mavis Tires & Brakes to avoid a long wait. Unfortunately, when I arrived on time, my car was nowhere near the scheduled time. I was sitting there for much longer than expected and was given little notice of the delay. If the appointment does not actually refer to a reserved time slot, this should be made clear. It is important to be respectful of customers' time, especially when people plan their days around service appointments.
