I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes! The staff was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I came in because I had a hole in my tire, and they were able to fix it quickly and efficiently. They took the time to explain everything clearly and didn’t try to pressure me into anything I didn’t need. The service was fast, they kept me updated throughout the process, and the pricing was fair and transparent. The waiting area was clean and comfortable as well. It’s hard to find a place you can really trust with your vehicle, but this location definitely earned my business. I’ll absolutely be coming back for future tire and maintenance needs. Highly recommend! 🚗

I had a great experience at Mavis Tire. It was cold outside and my tire needed air, and the staff took care of it quickly and without hesitation. They were friendly, professional, and willing to help with something small, which really says a lot about their customer service. Came in on a Saturday morning. I wasn’t real sure what was going on with my car it was shaking a bit then smooth so I took it to Mavis. They took their time to figure out what the problem was. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and very communicative which I appreciated! They were able to solve the problem for me. I travel for work so having my tires in good shape was crucial. I WILL BE COMING BACK for all my car servicing needs. The customer service is unmatchable! Thankful for the Mavis Crew and Management!

If you go to this Mavis, ask for Summer. I’ve never had a manager care so much about a customer’s well-being. I was in a huge rush to get an alignment before work and was worried about the cost and the timing. Summer was so empathetic and resourceful; she made sure I was taken care of and really looked out for me when I was in a tough spot. She runs a great crew and keeps the atmosphere positive even when they're busy. She deserves to be running her own store—she’s a total pro!

Great customer service at Mavis. My daughter had a tire that would not keep air in it. We took it to Mavis and they took care of the issue right away. We were able to drop off her car and they called us when it was ready. Easy checkout process too. We will definitely be back
