The Best Service Ever!!! We really appreciate Rapid Lube Douglas, Georgia for the Great job they did. It was my first time going there and they made a wonderful impression on me. Very friendly , great service, along with the lowest price around. Thanks!!!

Between the owner, young lady in the office and the guys in the shop it's overall a great group. The more they see you the better it gets. Ask them about the full service punch card. I go what seems like weekly. Unlike some of the other places, if they ask you about those extra things (air filters, whisper blades etc.) It's likely time for a change. A trustworthy place to have your service done seems like a thing of the past, Rapid Lube in Douglas though is exactly that. Trustworthy and Professional.

I went to get my oil changed and John was super sweet. Very knowledgeable. Answered my questions took very very good care of me. He is a wonderful employee to have. I believe his name is John courson. And Brandon checked me out and he was super sweet also very happy with my experience and care.

Very friendly staff. No hassle getting in. In and out quickly. Thorough job done. Clean environment. Nice bathrooms. Good looking parking lot. It also looks like maybe they are doing some painting improving the overall appearance of their establishment. If I lived in Douglas they would probably become my regular “go to”. Overall very satisfied with my experience.

Great customer service from the guys in the bay to the man in the office. The car wash is what really topped it off. I was only in town for a class and I’m thinking about taking the hour drive to come back and get my oil changes done here from now on.
