DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE VERY Incompetent people. I took my car down here for a balance and rotation, I dropped it off around 2-3 and came back around 4:45 and they still haven’t worked on my car yet. I was sitting in the parking lot waiting and I got a phone call as my car is getting pulled into the shop and they said it was almost ready?? and that they close at 5…weird but ok. I decided to go in and pay before it was finished and as I was waiting in the lobby I noticed one of their technicians drive my car out and the BACK LEFT TIRE WASN’T EVEN TIGHTENED ON!!! MY WHEEL WAS ACTIVELY WOBBLY AND ABOUT TO FALL OFF!!! So then he pulled my car back into the shop and did whatever to it.. Now here’s the best part. THEY DIDN’T EVEN BALANCE AND ROTATE MY TIRES!!! I had to get my car done at ano

He thoroughly addressed all of my questions and concerns and even took me inside to personally show me where my shocks were leaking. I walked in and was greeted by by Russ, who was extremely polite and professional, I told him about my rear brakes and how much others in the area were charging and he stated “we can definitely beat their prices and offer a better warranty” and he did. Russ was able to answer any and all questions I had without making me feel like a moron or like I was wasting his time, like other shops have done in the Evans area. I will definitely be coming back because of this experience.
