Mavis Tires & Brakes

I had an awesome experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. I came in with a screw stuck in the side of my tire, and from the start the staff was super friendly and welcoming. They told me it was something they’d honestly never seen before and that it was kind of crazy but also that I got extremely lucky. The screw didn’t actually puncture the tire at all, so they were able to safely remove it and make sure everything was completely fine. What really stood out was that they didn’t charge me anything since it was such a super quick fix and they were about to close. We had good conversation. Huge shoutout to Nicole, Joey, and Dustin all three were incredibly kind, professional, and easy to talk to. They had me in and out within 10 minutes. Dustin and Nick were awesome. Great customer service, some of the best I’ve ever seen. Jumped right in and started working on my truck. They were so fast they should’ve been on a NASCAR pit crew. Plus, I’m from out of town and they didn’t want to leave me hanging. If you’re in need of any type of work, I’m sure they’ll take care of you. Stellar Performance !!!!!!!

Great customer service! I arrived in the morning explained the issue and stated I had a lunch meeting. They were so nice and explained several customers were ahead of me and they did not think they could accommodate making sure I could make my lunch meeting on time. I loved the honesty. We agreed I would come back later that afternoon, which I did. Glad I did, they solved the problem and kept me up to date on the progress and how much longer it would be.

Garrett was really friendly and very helpful with our service. He had to go out to our car twice to get necessary info on our tire purchase, on a cold day. He looked up a discount and answered all our questions in a patient and courteous manner.

Brandon and Jade were excellent today helping me with my alignment on my car. They both provided excellent feedback on process of the alignment and even chatted with me while we waited on the work to complete. The price was reasonable and the service was prompt. Excellent experience.
