100% recomend. I’m a very particular car guy and would absolutely recomend Kyle and his team at the Broad St location. Got 4 new tires mounted, balanced, and an alignment. Everything feels and looks good. Customer service was spot on to the point of making sure my seat was left exactly where it was before. No fingerprints or technician hand marks anywhere. I absolutely love Mavis Tires in Fuquay! Anytime there’s a problem with my car, this is the first place I go. The team here is incredible!! They’re always so friendly, helpful, and patient. I’m a teenage girl, this is my first ever car, and I don’t know much about cars, but they never make me feel judged. They explain everything, give advice, and even tell me things to keep an eye on in the future. There was a few people who really stand out. Ian at the front desk was super sweet and we had such a great conversation. Chris, who works on my car often, is super nice, funny, and conversational and he is always honest about what my car needs right away and what can wait, which I really appreciate. And Rob, the mechanic, is hilarious, kind, and always does a great job replacing things on my car

I went to Mavis tire today in Fuquay Varina, NC to have some air put in my tires. A nice gentleman named Ian came out in the rain and aired up my tires for me. He was so kind and so helpful. I really appreciate him helping me today! You just don’t get that kind of service every day. I highly recommend Mavis Tire Service to my family and friends. Ian will definitely take care of you. I was so satisfied with his service.

Kyle and his staff were great. We were “those” guys, showing up 9 mins before closing and they were more than helpful. Our tire pressure light was on and I asked if they would check it out. Above and beyond, Kyle offered to just take care of it. Wouldn’t accept our tip, either! They have my business in the future for sure.

I went to Mavis Tire because one of my tires had low pressure, and they found a nail in it and patched it quickly. While they were working on it, they found a bigger nail that unfortunately couldn’t be repaired, so I had to get a new tire. Kyle was the one helping me, and he was very helpful and honest throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. His team did a great job, and the service was fast and professional. I really appreciate their honesty and would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing tire service.
