ordered some tires online to be delivered to Mavis in Gonzales off 30. Some how I ended up ordering the wrong size. Mr George ordered me the correct size and came out to inspect my current tires. I had ask him if I could go another months on them because I figured they had a lil more tread I could wear down. After he checked all 4 tires he said I could go a few weeks should be fine considering I won’t be going far everyday. So we ended up keeping the new order of tires and agreed to come back in about a month to put the new ones on. 1st I like to acknowledge that Mr George and his staff greeted me at the door so that was welcoming and the heating was on felt like. 2nd I appreciate Mr George honesty about my current tires. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the service was done right. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE !! I have brought 2 cars here, the first time I dropped my drift car off to get the brakes bled at 8am when they opened and didn’t receive a call until 3:30pm that they couldn’t work on my car because the car was too low and they couldn’t get it on the lift, okay cool…. When I got my car back my lug nuts were loose and I had to pull over to tighten them and when I got home my brake line was loose. THESE ARE ALL THINGS I CHECKED BEFORE BRINGING MY CAR OVER THERE. Today I brought in a 2002 Lexus and they tried to charge me $700 dollars for JUST REAR PADS AND ROTORS!! Shop manager said they don’t turn rotors they replace them but I have had rotors turned here in the past when I talk to the techs and not the manager…. Outstanding Customer Service! Mr. Kendrick was helpful and knowledgeable on providing me with advice with my vehicle’s needs. I also observed him provide the same service to two other customers while I was waiting for my vehicle. He provided alternative solutions without hesitation to one lady’s situation which made her extremely happy. The professionalism demonstrated by Mr. Kendrick will definitely leave a lasting impression on me for a long time.
