Lucio, front desk manager, customer service skills are top-notch. He was patient, professional, and very detailed when explaining the issues with my car. The mechanic, Brian, was also detailed in explaining what was going on with the car. He truly helped me understand why and what needed to be done. Also,the waiting area is very clean. They provide free snacks, water and coffee. This was my first time going there. And I highly recommend.

Love love love this place! Dropped my truck off after hours, knew what was wrong before lunch the next day, and had a timeline of when it would be fixed and ready the day after. Best of all, all done through a text, of my choice, so it didn’t interrupt my work day. The service tech was friendly, easy to work with, the owners are amazing and always around working and helping, and Lucy is the goodest girl.

Made an 8am Monday morning appt for oil change the evening before. Arrived just a few mins before they opened. Once open, I was immediately assisted and my car was taken right back for the oil change. Was told it would probably take about 45 mins for work to be completed but was finished in 30 minutes. They check filters and recommend new filters and tire rotations if needed. Friendly staff, clean facilities. Snacks, coffee and water is out for customers. I used a coupon I had received in the mail for $49.99 oil change, if I remember correctly. Coupon was honored without any problems. Location is easy to get in and out of. They offer many automotive services. Lucy the owner’s dog was friendly and welcoming. Will definitely go back and will recommend to others.

Had to have the timing chain replaced. The people at Patriot Auto were definitely first first class. They were very informative and patient with great communication with what was going on and worked with me to resolve other issues with the car and they even stayed late to make sure I got my car before the weekend. Great people all around. Highly recommended !
