I installed a disaster prevention kit on my 2014 F350. I installed it correctly, but the truck didn’t like it. Went into reduced power mode and check engine light came on. Frustrated, I searched for a good shop with great reviews. Juan at Platinum Automotive diagnosed and fixed the problem. It took 4 days, but they were super busy and parts had to be ordered in. It cost $2500 for a new fuel rail and lift pump, but diesels are expensive when it comes to repair and maintenance. I can definitely recommend Juan and Platinum Automotive for excellent integrity and honesty. I definitely will return if the need arises.

We ended up using Platinum as a last resort because our usual mechanic was unavailable. He won't be our last resort anymore, but our first choice. What a great job! Fast, accurate, and not overpriced. Highly recommend!
