Splash Car Wash

I just finished getting a hand wash from this place and spent $45 to have the car still look this dirty is crazy. I got the hand wash instead of the regular because i thought they would do a better job but i guessed wrong.

If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. I’ve been coming here for years and it has gotten worse over time. Except one of the last times I went, they acknowledged that they did a poor job and they took my car back to clean it again. However, I recommended my boyfriend take his car there today since they did such a great job last time, and they did a HORRENDOUS job this time. He got probably the most expensive wash (totaling over $120) and was left with a soap filled, greasy, still dirty car. We waited for almost an hour for the car to be completely finished because of the package he got which would have been fine had the car been cleaned nicely. I go to this car wash pretty much every day, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. The staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to get you in and out without ever making you feel rushed. They consistently do an amazing job — my car always looks spotless inside and out. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been getting the monthly package thinking it was great idea, I’m ready to cancel. Every time I go, the top half of the car is clean but it seems they forget to wash the bottom half every time. This has been the past 5-6 times I had to tell them before getting I too my car the wheels and steps look the same as I got here. They had me pull to the side each time to “clean” the wheels and side steps. Being this cost me about $65 a month I believe I’ll be taking my business elsewhere soon. I’ve spoke to numerous workers about the situation but no one seems to care. Seems the place began to care about quantity more than quality. Big let down from their other locations.

When I arrived, only the Express wash was open, and unfortunately they couldn’t service my car because of my bike rack, which was frustrating. I was initially excited to see that Splash was open as well—it was a rainy morning that cleared up by midday. I waited about 10 minutes to get around the corner, since no one was in the hand-wash booth and staff were only at the Express entrance. After waiting in line and pulling around, I believed I was all set with my monthly membership, only to be told that my wash couldn’t be done because the hand-wash option was not open. Update: I’d like to say thank you for addressing my concern regarding Express being the only option available and for providing a way to reach out about the issue.
