Mavis Tires & Brakes

Scheduled an appt online for 2 tires to be replaced on my daughter's vehicle. I was quoted a specific amount online, ( special that they were currently runing and a discount for me). I thought it was a good deal, so I paid my $25 deposit and showed up the next day for the service. When I arrived the price quoted was a lot different...a classic bait and switch. The man at the front was extremely rude and condescending to me in front of my daughter. He stated that "he WAS the manager" and that he "had done this for 30 years". He was almost angry at me it seemed, like I had insulted his intelligence, so he made me feel really bad. Chris was very helpful first on the phone telling me they could get me in today and then again closer to checkout. He and his team got my brakes changed out all the way around and an alignment. Chris acknowledged me that I should look into shocks and struts soonish and gave me a rundown on how much it should run in the near future to get done. Thank you guys!

We have had an ice storm in NC. Finally got out today to head to a flight to Charlotte, and noticed we had a leak. Most places were closed, but we found Mavis open. Our tire had a piece of metal in it. Anthony took good care of us. We got a new tire in one time. He was very courteous and very friendly. I would recommend using Marvis Tires and Brakes.

Just finish getting my tire changed and honestly it was very simple and quick. They explained everything down to how much it was and why it was the price. They checked my other tires just to make sure I only needed the one. I’m not originally from hickory so was going in blindly but it worked out amazingly. Definitely will be coming back.
