Carlos is the best ever! He is professional, thorough, caring & an excellent service provider. I advised him I was trying to meet my family for an early dinner but desperately needed 4 new tires. Safety and quality was his concern but he took in consideration my timeline and got me in and out without hesitation to make it to the dinner! Thanks Carlos, I will be back for my future car needs!!

Brought in my son's 2006 Acura TSX for an oil change and general check over. Carlos was terrific. He took care of the oil change but noted that my cabin air filter, and the engine oil filter were very dirty. He also noticed an issue with the front brakes. He called me around 4 pm with an estimate to do the work and that he could get it done before closing at 6. He called me at 5:30 to advise that the car was ready for pickup. Carlos was very fair, knowledgeable, and customer focused

Carlos is extremely helpful and puts the client at ease. Was concerned about bringing car to Mavis and not to the terribly expensive dealership 😵‍💫 I have complete confidence in Carlos, the mechanic staff. My Lincoln aviator will continue to make this shop its “ fixer and maintenance “ home.

This location is in my top 3. I’ve been all over the country lol. I really had a hard time dealing with my car on my own so I brought it to this location and Carlos & his team were very helpful. Very knowledgeable about cars and the best thing about them was that they were all very hands on and active. Carlos I want to thank you again brother.
