recently had my transmission repaired at Maves Tire & Brake , and overall, it was a very solid experience. From the start, the staff was professional and easy to talk to. They clearly explained what was wrong with my transmission and walked me through the repair process without making it feel overwhelming. I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services—everything felt honest and straightforward. The repair itself was done in a reasonable amount of time, and since getting my car back, the transmission has been running smoothly with no issues. The difference in performance was noticeable right away, which gave me confidence that the job was done right. neil helped me so much during my inspection! he was very sweet and made sure i had a firm grasp on everything that was going on with my car. was incredibly detailed and answered all of my questions! this specific location had amazing service speed at no cost to their thoroughness. also very convenient for any kutztown students living on campus since it’s very easy to get to on foot. again thanks so much for all your help neil!!

This is the best Mavis location i’ve been to. The staff has been consistently helpful every time i’ve had issues with my car or an inspection. They take the time to explain what is wrong with my car and how to navigate potential issues in the future. I’ve recommended this location to other students at Kutztown University, and cannot say enough good things about the staff. I dropped off my car, while waiting I got to talk to the new manager Neil who was extremely knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Again, the best Mavis location I’ve ever been to.

Since my daughter has been a student at Kutztown University she has used Mavis for several services. Each time they were helpful, kind, respectful and the service was thorough and completed in as timely a manner as possible. Most recently she dealt with Neal who was just as helpful as the others in the past. I highly recommend this business, especially if you have a student at the University who needs their car serviced!
