I truly felt safe and sound here at the shop . During travel I had a tire blowout , near the shop and stopped by. They were more than happy to help me with the tire. Happen to have the exact tire I needed at a fair price even though I was in need. Thank you guys so much !!!

Got my car towed here on short notice. They were able to fix and diagnose my car rather quickly. The work is some of the best around and the prices are great! As a young adult, getting good work for a good price is ideal, especially when it comes to mechanics. So happy I found them and everything was able to work out. Will definitely return with my car and any I have in the future. Great customer service as well! Told me the facts and what I needed to know without talking down to me. Explained everything and made sure I understood. Can’t boast about this place enough. 10/10

Cannot recommend Safe and Sound enough. I have gone there for several years for inspections and they have always been fair and honest. However this year, they discovered that my car had been tampered with, causing it to fail inspection. Autumn has gone above and beyond, using her experience working at a dealership previously, to help guide me through what I need to do in order to hold the dealership accountable for not disclosing this when selling me the car under the guise of it being “brand new”. Even if I move out of the area I plan to use Safe and Sound because they value honesty, integrity, and fairness while going above and beyond.

As a college student, this was my top choice for a car inspection. Staff were super helpful and friendly and the cost was a lot lower than I thought it would be.

genuinely some of the kindest people i’ve interacted with. my equinox has given me nothing but issues since i bought it, and when i first took it to safe and sound, they were able to figure out what was wrong with it and fix it in literally just one day. i had to take it back recently and the same thing, very quick and professional service. i went to go pick it up and i believe i talked to Autumn (apologies if not), and she was very friendly and had a tech explain what happened with my car and why it happened. going to the mechanic’s as a woman can be extremely intimidating and scary, but i’ve never once been made to feel stupid or intimidated at safe and sound. everyone has always been super nice and understanding of me as someone who knows little to nothing about cars. very grateful to h
