Went into Mavis right at closing after another tire shop turned me away as they were closing in 10 minutes. The manager Brian without hesitation took care of my flat tire. David the tech did a fantastic job fixing the tire in a timely manner. The whole job was done in under 10 minutes. Amazing customer service too.
Excellent Tire Service!! And Excellent Customer Service!! Very Nice and Pleasant--these gentlemen were! I was very thankful to have my tire repaired-at a moments notice-- while I had lunch next door-! Brian the Manager was very accommodating-and the price was great--I am very appreciative!! Thankyou! Amazing team at Mavis. They got me in really quick. I called Brian in the morning. They had me in in that afternoon David Mechanic is very knowledgeable about my vehicle and gave me the best advice and The team gave the best prices on the work that needed to be done. The truck now drives very smoothly
We have been coming to Mavis for years because of the consistent quality honest work. They are very accommodating and fair. We just replaced 4 tires on a small SUV, Brian the Manager and David the Mechanic scheduled us conveniently answered all of our questions and they reminded us they are open 7 days if we need further assistance. Excellent service.
We are traveling in our RV from Georgia to Canada. We have our three dogs with us. We first blew a tire on the camper outside of town. Thank you for the help from the kind lady at the Maine welcome center, we made our way to this Mavis location. Brian was very polite and professional. We found everyone on site to be honest and helpful. They replaced all the tires on the camper and also checked a problem with the front tires on the truck. They found the problem, front wheel bearings, made recommendations on other items and made the repairs. Since we are in our RV and have our dogs, they even made recommendations nearby where we could spend the night. Very, very pleased!
