Town Fair Tire

Needed an emergency oil change only an hour before they closed and was very worried, Brian and Hannah still told me to come on in and serviced my car until half an hour after close! They were extremely accommodating and helpful, even gave me a sticker reminder for when I need another one! Great service, 10/10 recommend!

Town fair did a great job on my car. 4 new tires and an alignment. Rick gave me super friendly service and was straightforward with communication on updates of my car through the process! Prices were fabulous. Will come again!

We want thank the team in Portsmouth NH who at the time of closure took us in when we hit a curb and they went above and beyond to try to fix our flat for we live 45 minutes from home. Knowing it was closing time they were kind and courteous and efficient. Putting a tire on to get us home and doing research in our area to order a specialty tire. We are so blessed that there are still people whose customer service is a true testimonial to true care for their customer with a smile !!! They live a wonderful standard especially in today’s society. We worked with Gavin and Bill kudos to them at the front lines !

EDIT: I contact Rich Allen, Director of Customer Service, Town Fair Tire on Oct. 3, 2025 as requested and was told it was unacceptable of his employees. He said he was really sorry about the safety risk TFT put my family in. He told me that it wouldn’t happen again and he’ll be sending me a gift card for my time and gas. I’m still waiting on that. Huge shout-out to Rick and Jacob for going out of their way to make my tire buying experience incredible. They found me a great deal and managed to squeeze me in despite a busy schedule. It’s clear they really know their stuff and genuinely care about their customers. Support this business because employees like these make all the difference.
