Mavis Tires & Brakes

I've been a long time customer of Mavis in Niles, and it's the only place I go for tires and brakes. Excellent value, awesome customer service and super easy to work with. No sales pitches or attempts to up-sell - just honest help when you need it.

I love this place! They're knowledgeable and efficient and every time they look under the hood I don't feel like they're trying to find problems that don't exist. That's happened at other auto shops and it's frustrating. My car is old but in good condition, so they are great about not trying to overhaul it with unnecessary repairs. Thanks guys!

My car battery seemed to be dead, my husband wanted to have the car towed and buy a new battery. A friend offered to lend us his charger, then after a few hours, when it seemed ok, we took the car to Mavis Tire and asked that they test the battery. They obliged us immediately, told us our battery was still good, and didn't charge us a cent. They are stand-up guys and have earned all our business in the future.

Do not go to your dealer for repairs Go to Mavis on Milwaukee first, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Shows what needs to be done and explains things to you. 2nd time I was here, once for brakes and today CV shaft on my Honda crv, the dealer charged me $250 just to look at my used car I bought a week earlier...Mavis tires and brakes looked it over and correctly diagnosed the issue. The best part it was $900 cheaper and done quickly. The dealer completely missed CV shaft issue. Crazy if not found could have ruined the transmission.

First experience at Mavis Tires (my previous go-to did not have the tires I needed for my vehicle). Everything went smoothly and I plan to come back. Great price and service, highly recommend!
