Review written 02/14/2026. Redeemed a free wash offer that I found online. Really appreciate the free offer to come and try out the car wash. The track to put tires on to pull the car through the wash, was very cool and unique design instead of a narrow metal track. Removing one star because the first set of vacuums I pulled up to had almost no suction, and the 2nd set had very weak suction, and I will need to go to a different place to finish vacuuming (See photos of debris suction could not lift even large pieces of salt rock and even lightweight crumbs) But I will definitely be back to try the wash again I recommend signing up for text offers, they sent another free wash! Thank you

Just had my car washed here and I’m beyond frustrated. I specifically went in just to get the salt off. The attendant at the start of the wash did not rinse my car at all, and there was barely any water on the vehicle before the brushes hit it. As a result, this wash left swirl scratches all over the body, damage that was completely avoidable if they had properly pre-rinsed the car. My car is only 6 months old and had zero damage prior to today. This is basic car wash protocol, and they failed at it. Now I’m left with visible scratches on a nearly new vehicle. Highly recommend taking your car elsewhere unless you’re okay with careless service and paint damage. Incident date: 2/19/2026 This car wash broke my front bumper on my BMW and the “wheel shine” machine broke off my hub cap. I called right after I left and they were extremely aggressive denying everything and then hung up the phone on me. One of the most unprofessional unpleasant businesses I have ever spoke with. I will be seeking legal action.

False advertisement! I have Been a loyal customer for years and have unlimited subscription, there are months i don’t do car wash especially during summer and my subscription is still on and i still pay cause i do auto payment and thats okay! Im that loyal. Today since its winter time and i need a second car wash i was denied! it was advertised for UNLIMITED CAR WASH! and just to know unlimited means on wash per day! So how come it’s unlimited? When its limited to once per day? You can change your marketing so its not confusing, i will never do car wash in here, canceled my subscription, and go to this new cash wash place in Milwaukee. This place is amazing. Excellent staff. Excellent equipment. I was able to go through when it was just below zero and everything was working perfect. One pass and all the salt and stuff off my car. What an amazing Car Wash. I wish I knew this was here before.
