I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tire, thanks to Serae. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. It’s not every day you come across someone who takes the time to explain things clearly and make sure you understand what’s going on with your vehicle. Serae went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled the right way, and her customer service really stood out. She made the whole process smooth, easy, and stress-free. If you stop by Mavis Tire, I highly recommend asking for Serae. Employees like her are exactly why people keep coming back. Great service all around!

There I was, me- my roomate- and my cat, stranded at the side of the highway 3 hours from home and little money. A tow truck through my insurance came by and dropped me off at this place, for my mom to come get me. I was going to just wait for my mom, but this place checked out my engine for me and even got my car to start!! It was amazing, they were super sweet, helpful, and informative, answering all my questions and checking all problems in detail and helped me get back on my feet!! Thank you Aaron and Vincent!!

I had the pleasure of working with Serae. She was very patient and helpful working with me and the national account that I was attempting to use. She made multiple phone calls to get the approval for my car to be serviced. I look forward to working with Serae again in the future!

Had a leak, it was a nail. Mavis plugged and patched it at no charge. They were recommended to me, and I would recommend them to you. 👍🏻
