Mavis Tires & Brakes

Had two new tires installed and an oil change done on my truck at Mavis today, and from start to finish it was a great experience. The mechanic, Cali, was super nice and helpful throughout the process. Jordan was also great—very friendly and took the time to inform me about all the other services they offer (pretty much everything except transmission and major engine work). Work was completed quickly. Prices were reasonable, and I’ll definitely be coming back soon for the rear tires. Recommend 100%

Once again Mavis blows me away with their impeccable customer service! I went in with a nail in my tire. They were busy trying to get appointments out. Yet, Rick and Nathan still had excellent customer service, and made time for me. Everytime I've used this tire shop I have always had an excellent experience! Rick and Nathan are great! Did an awesome job and got me out the door way faster than I expected. I can't recommend them enough!

Staff was extremely kind and accommodating, stayed late to look at our car after it breaking down on 85 and having it towed in. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it for us within an hour to get us back on the road home, despite it being after hours. Everyone working showed genuine concern and care for us and explained the issues and what needed to be done every step of the way. Definitely would recommend them to anyone in the area who needs work done, and would 100% come back here for any future regular service if it was closer to home. Can’t express enough our gratitude for them, as it saved us having to get a hotel and stay the night or pay to have the car towed 2 hours back home.

Huge thank you everyone here for staying late past closing and helping to diagnose and fix our car when we broke down on the side of 85 driving home. I so appreciate everyone’s kindness, patience, and willingness to stay and help us out in such an unfortunate situation. We had called when the car broke down and explained the situation and they offered to stay and look at it for us. It saved us significant money to be able to avoid having the car towed two hours back home or get a hotel for the night to have the car looked at tomorrow. It made a world of difference for us, and I am so appreciative to everyone there.

Great experience today with Jordan. He had a lot going on in the shop and still made sure to get me in and out with my wife’s tire. Fast and efficient and with incredible customer service. He patched the tire and I was gone quickly. When I arrived he was in the middle of sweeping and mopping the shop floors and to be honest it was awesome to see how clean the environment was. Hats off to Jordan. He’ll definitely get my business every single time.
