Best price and quick service. I won't go anywhere else again. I had bolts in two tires. I was in and out in 20 minutes! Not only that but it was only $50. They were honest with the repairs and didn't try any up selling like other tire companies. Will always go here. Keep it local.

⭐️☆☆☆☆ I had my tires balanced here and now my vehicle shakes badly and pulls to the right. This is the second time I’ve had issues with their balancing and alignment work, which is unacceptable. On top of that, the kid at the front desk is extremely disrespectful and always has something smart to say. Customer service matters, and this place clearly doesn’t care. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend Piedmont Tire to anyone looking for quality work or basic professionalism.

Got four new tires installed on 6/3/25. Came home and noticed one rim particularly had scratches & a decent gouge in it. Very disappointed the tech didn't say anything and shame on me for not checking every rim for damage. Will update review after speaking to them tomorrow. UPDATE: They agreed to replace rim. I understand problems happen. Outstanding customer service. Will use them in the future because of this. SECOND UPDATE: went here yesterday (10/31/25) and purchased four new tires. Excellent experience !

Had a tire balance issue that another shop could not figure out. I showed up right when these guys opened and they got the car straight in. 15 minutes later they were done and the issue was fixed. they noticed the tire light on so they did a quick scan and found one tire sensor was bad. Replaced that quickly also. I think I was there a total of 30 minutes and the car rides smooth as it should. Highly recommend them for tire issues.

I definitely will be going back. They were very friendly and their service was great. The serviceman checked my tires fixed my sensor that was out in one of my front tires. He was really nice and informative about my tires. Great service and friendly staff. It was packed with customers so that says a lot about a business.
