I had a wonderful experience here bright and early this morning! I noticed yesterday I needed to replace a tire on my vehicle, as you can imagine I wasn’t too happy about this and had to make several calls yesterday, finally I scheduled for this morning due to my work schedule. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, I planned on buying one it was brought to my attention another replacement would be in my best interest was given a very reasonable price. The best part I was back out the door and down the road in less than an hour!! Kudos to the whole team who just did an all round great job! Thank you I’ll be back!

I brought my truck in on a Saturday after scheduling an appointment online. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, and they took my vehicle in right away. Throughout the process, they kept me informed and explained exactly what they were doing. The team at this location is genuine and clearly takes pride in their work. Unlike many repair shops that seem more focused on upselling or profits, this place truly prioritizes the customer. I highly recommend this location! I will never take my vehicle anywhere else.

Went in on 8-23-25 for an oil change tire rotation and a patch in one of my tires, well the did everything but the patch job and i didn’t realize it till the screw that was in the tire wore so low it started leaking and left me a flat alil over a week after the services. So i pulled the screw plugged the whole and drove up there on 9-3-25 at 530 but they couldn’t do anything for till the next day but I needed it done before i went to work the next day, so i ended up going across the street and having it done and justin at mavis said id get my refund 9-4-25 if i came back and talked to the manager. Showed up and talked one of the guys at the counter and he was very rude saying “ o how do i know we didnt patch your tire” very smart butt like and super rude. Definitely will not be going back.

Have been going to this location for a few years whenever I need tires and brakes, they are always quick and courteous. Justin was super helpful and got me a great deal, better than the website quoted me. They even called to let me know one of my tires didnt actually need to be replaced. Highly recommend these guys.

I have had several things done to my vehicle by Mavis Tires and hands down this is by far is the best place to receive work. I have had new tires, alignment, shocks and inspection- "which they do for free" and every time they treat me as if I'm family and the cheapest around. I never wait long and they are very efficient. Bernie, Fester and Justin always go above & beyond to service all my vehicle's needs and extremely hospitable and friendly. I live in Tampa and drive 30 min away to make sure I come back to this specific location because of the quality of service!!
