I had an excellent experience at this tire shop! The staff was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They helped me choose the right tires for my vehicle without any pressure or upselling. The service was fast, and they had me back on the road sooner than expected. Pricing was fair and transparent, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s hard to find honest, reliable auto service these days, but this place definitely earned my trust. Highly recommend Brandon, he was very helpful!

Today, January 31, 2026, around noon, I stopped by Mavis Tires to get one tire replaced, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I want to specifically recognize Isaac, who provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Isaac was professional, patient, and straightforward—he made sure I understood my options and kept everything moving smoothly without wasting time. The service was efficient, honest, and exactly what you hope for when dealing with car maintenance. Because of Isaac and the overall experience today, I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others. Great job by the team.

Never ever patronize this Riverdale Georgia location!! I purchased four new tires from them in January 2025 scheduled it with them over the phone when I got there the following day they said that person no longer worked there. I'm like but he gave me a price on yesterday. They took about three & a half hours, paid & left. Went back in May to have my tires rotated & balances, also asked for my windshield wipers to be changed & told them they promised me to be in & out in an hour. Guy came back in about an hour & a half saying the would change the front wipers but I would have to take it back to the dealership for the back wipers (never heard of such) there was a female customer that said, "it's true" I had to do the same thing, Im like ok. I would like to complement Mavis Tires and brakes on Hwy 85 in Fayetteville Georgia. The service was perfect. Noah and the staff were so gracious and kind. I had purchased new tires and a front end alignment. My wait time was the shortest that I have ever experienced. They work with you to quote you the very best prices for their quality products. Noah goes out of his way to make sure you have the best experience and satisfied. I highly recommend this company and will ALWAYS return.

No even greets you when you walk in they just ask who’s next. The customer service lack. I had one person infant of me and it took two hours to put on two tires.the T.V. was off the whole time. No music playing. I was giving a quote of $30 difference then my brother over the phone. No one came to give an update until we asked what was taken so long. I’m very unsatisfied.
