I had an outstanding experience at Mavis Tires thanks to Jon McCoy! From the moment I walked in, Jon was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle, offered honest recommendations, and never once made me feel pressured into unnecessary services. The work was completed quickly and done right the first time. Jon went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect before I left, and his customer service is truly top-notch. It’s rare to find someone this dependable and trustworthy in the auto service world. If you’re heading to Mavis, ask for Jon—he’s the best! Highly recommend.

Warning: it’s $40 for a tire patch here!!! I came in for a simple tire patch, and while the actual work seems to have been done correctly, the communication was disappointing. No one explained what they were doing or what the charges would be, they just took my keys and went straight to work. When I got the receipt, there were several additional services listed that I wasn’t told about ahead of time. I understand that balancing and TPMS service may be standard charges for them (ridiculous pricing), but it would have made a big difference to have someone explain the process and the cost before doing the work. Clear communication goes a long way, and I hope the staff can improve on that for future customers.

Stopped in to Mavis in Rome and had a great experience. Danny was extremely professional and knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the issues with my car. He was extremely helpful and understanding and worked with me to get the repairs done within my budget. Couldn’t ask for a better experience and will definitely be going back in the future

Man, I thought I was about to drop a pretty penny bc I drive a new Genesis. Turns out Mavis has some real professionals, like Kenny, that completed my car need in a fast and efficient manner that didn’t break my wallet. Thank Mavis and Thanks Kenny!
