On Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 11:00 AM, I had an appointment for a tire check, oil change, and to ensure my 2011 Infiniti G37X was in good condition. Only the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) lights were on.During the inspection, the technician working on my car crashed into a toolbox, damaging the front of the car, the bumper, the trunk lid, and dislodging the fenders from their original position, not to mention possible internal damage.They replaced two sensors on two tires, changed the oil, and installed a new filter. Went to Mavis Tires to check about getting an alignment as I bought four new tires at another establishment and their machine was down. I called in the morning and was told the alignment lift was empty. I showed up and after the front desk attendant took my information and vehicle information, my car was taken in within 10 minutes. Took about 30 minutes to complete the alignment. A mechanic told me I only needed a slight front-end alignment as the tires were slightly inward. I was surprised as I haven't had an alignment performed since 2020. It was good news. My only gripe is the alignment cost $119.99. Eddie listened to my needs and recommend what he thought would be good for me. There was ZERO pressure to buy anything, and they were respectful of my budget.
