I have had two cars have new tires put on here. They are honest and don’t do work your vehicle doesn’t need. I had an issue with them when they first opened but those folks no longer work.
Had an appointment for my 2 vehicles today to get all new tires and rotors got there and was told the appointments was canceled and to come back on Monday. Only one car in the bay and Multiple men. I Will not return on Monday.
Great experience, fantastic service, and great staff. Bailey and her team did a fantastic job on installing 2 tires on my lawn trailer today. They went above and beyond by removing the rims on this lawn trailer allowing me to refresh the paint on the rims prior to putting on the new tires. That was so nice! Thanks guys…5 stars and hats off to the new Sandersville, GA team!!!
MY TRUCK FELL OFF THE LIFT. DO NOT TRUST THIS OUTFIT WITH YOUR VEHICLES. I arrived this morning and asked if they could mount, balance, and align my new tires, they said yes and I told them I would be back in an hour to have it done. I came back after running a few errands and handed them the keys. They pulled my truck into the bay, lifted my truck and started removing the tires. They then came in to inform me that they couldn’t align my truck (because the machine was down) keep in mind I asked twice if they could do this and they said yes. I told them to please put the tires back on the truck and I would take it somewhere that could. About that time my truck (2021 Ram) fell off of the rack, damaging the bottom side of my truck and my brand new step bars. The manager said he would have to
