Went in today for a vehicle inspection and oil change. Zion was a tremendous help! He was polite, quick, efficient, and answered all my questions. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and professional. This was my first visit to this location after previously using a different business in Smithfield for decades. I won’t be going back to the one in Smithfield! These guys are closer, faster, nicer, and it’s a great location. I will be back!
The service has always been 5 stars but that’s not what this review is about. The gentlemen there are absolutely incredible. There was an elderly woman that needed two canes to walk. She got there right before me and I was able to see them assisting her as she walked inside. Their kind and gentle hearts did not stop there. When her vehicle was ready, there was someone there to assist her with getting out of her chair and walking to her vehicle safely. They actually went out of there way to park her vehicle as close to the door as they could. They reminded her several times that they were there to help her and promised they would NOT let her fall. You would have thought that those amazing gentlemen and the elderly woman had been friends for years. I honestly can not fully articulate how inc
I went here for an emissions inspection. They were so nice. Handed me a water. Opened the door for me. And I had a walker so he told me to just go to the car and he'd bring me the paperwork. He also showed me 2 filters that were filthy and need changed and new ones as a comparison. He said no installation charge either. I'd go there again.
Have never had a bad experience. Every member of the crew is communicative, hospitable and beyond nice. When you don’t have to wait in a line service is fast and even when you have someone in front of you, the line moves. Highly highly recommend this location. Quincy and Tristan were fantastic
