I stopped into Mavis because my tire kept losing air and I had no idea what was wrong. The team was quick, kind, and completely honest from start to finish. Huge shout-out to John at the front desk — he provided clear, friendly communication the entire time and made me feel completely comfortable. They didn’t try to upsell or scam me, which I especially appreciate as a young woman who’s still learning about car stuff. They treated me with respect, fixed the issue fast, and made the whole experience easy. Highly recommend Mavis Tire for anyone who wants trustworthy service!

Best tire repair service ever. Had the misfortune of running over a nail on the way to a doctor appointment with my twins. The staff were amazing, helpful, fast, and the waiting area was clean and kid friendly.

Took the vehicle to get an alignment, wife picked it up they said was all good and gave us the alignment sheet. Drove it home still pulling right, took it back for a SECOND time and tried to align it again. Said it was the idler arm bracket and against my best judgment allowed them to change it (charge me double for the part but said they gave me a “deal” on labor). Gave the alignment sheet and showed it was way out when they brought it in… But all in the green now. So I guess from when I left and came back it realigned itself. Now the steering wheel won’t turn back and still pulls right, toe on the passenger side is visibly off and the camber as well. On top of that didn’t rotate the tires either. Took it for a THIRD time and still off, on top of that they didn’t even grease the idler bra

All right, I cannot say enough good about the company and the guys that work here. I was trying to buy a vehicle for my son. They took a look at it advised me properly for free just overall fantastic service. I’m bringing my other vehicle back to have some work done there I have a new mechanic for sure. They are wonderful. Do yourself a favor and go here. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Great customer service and prices. Was thrilled to see they had a kids toy area, a tv with DVDs to choose from and a few water fountains.
