I had a great experience with this tire service company from start to finish. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. They took the time to explain my tire options clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what was best for my vehicle instead of trying to upsell me. The service was quick and efficient without feeling rushed. My tires were installed properly, balanced well, and my vehicle drove noticeably smoother afterward. I stopped by Mavis Tire - Alice Dr today just to use the free air station because all four of my tires were low from the colder weather. Before I could even start, a team member came out and offered to take care of it for me. They promptly filled all four tires, made sure the front and back pressures were set correctly for my vehicle, and were professional, friendly, and efficient. They didn’t have to go the extra mile, but they did — and I truly appreciated it. Great customer service!

Online appointment system is either not used or is improperly managed. I made an appointment for tire rotation and balance using an available time slot. I arrived 10 minutes early and was told it would be an hour or two before they could get to my vehicle. They only had two technicians and several people already waiting in the lobby. I canceled my appointment and will schedule with another provider.

I scheduled my car for a brake check and everyone I interacted with was pleasant and professional. After the inspection, I agreed to move forward with the recommended service. However, after waiting for almost an hour, I noticed my vehicle hadn’t been started yet, so I asked for an update. At that point, I was informed there were only two technicians working. I wish this had been communicated upfront before I agreed to the service, as it would have helped set better expectations around the wait time.
