Super friendly staff. Great prices and they worked really fast. Don’t much care for their “no guns allowed” policy but pffft. Besides that I was really happy how they treated me and my car.

I brought my 2013IS BMW in for service. It is a special model and I keep it in showroom condition. The Manager Jeff and his mechanic Anthony handle my car service like it was their classic car. Jeff was very accommodating and extremely customer oriented. He treated me like I was his uncle. Jeff and Anthony attended to every detail of my expectations. Mavis in Venice Florida is the place to go for the best Auto care and service. Jeff and Anthony make the experience right.

One of my tire pressure had low reading. He was quick to assist & help vs making me schedule an appointment like Costco did. Had a nice size nail causing tire to deflate He fixed the tire plus checked other tires. Thank you Angel for your service. Iris

Went in to get service for a flat tire. Angel and the rest of the crew did a fabulous job and patched my tire. I especially love how polite, respectful and friendly they are. They seem to care very much about customer satisfaction. In the past I have gone there to put air in my tires at the machine and just so helpful, Angel ran out and handled it for me without me even asking… thankfully, bc I didn’t know what I was really doing or how to work the air machine properly. but that’s why they were my first thought to go there when I actually had a flat. Will be back to them for sure!

The entire Mavis tire team was amazing! They super knowledgeable and gave me great advice. And even easily changed my order after I changed my mind. They also allowed me to drop off my car early and gave me updates throughout the day. I really appreciated there help.
