Great customer service by Leon! I went in to get a tire patched but he noticed my tire tread was so low I ended up buying 4 new tires at a great price! I was in and out in no time. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!

Front desk is very helpful but these mechanics are the worst. Not one customer leaves and doesn’t have to come back for something they either forgot or damaged.

Mavis is easy to work with, and they get you in and out. This was my first time having to get something done at the one in West Columbia. The service people were nice and honest with me about my tires. There wasn’t any pressure to do one thing or another. Leon was very helpful.

Had a great experience at this Mavis thanks to Jason. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood my options without any pressure. Really appreciate the excellent service!
